How can I create a account?

Go to “login/Register” section and click on “Create your account”. Once you enter your name, email address and password, your account will be created.

What if I forgot my password?

You can click on the forgot password link, and enter your mail id or contact no in the corresponding dialogue box. A link will be sent to your mail id and from there, you can reset your password.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can easily place an order as a guest user by giving your shipping address and mobile number. But it’s highly recommended to login via email id so that you can get all the details regarding your order.

How can I check the current order status?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the Track Order/ Or My Orders in My Account section

How can I change the address or phone number of an existing order?

You can send an email to our customer support with a new address and phone number along with the order no.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

In case, you have logged in via mobile number, you will receive the order details through SMS. In case, you have logged in via email id, you will receive an email regarding the order details.

Can I add items in my cart and leave it for future purchases?

Yes, you can leave items in your cart and purchase them later. It is highly recommended to create an account so that you can get all the details regarding your cart items later.

What happens after the product is delivered?

Once the product is delivered, you can drop in a review of the product.

How can I pay for my order ?

We support the following payment options : UPI, Wallet, Net banking, Debit Card & Credit Card

Do you offer cash on delivery?

At the moment, we offer COD ( cash on delivery ).

Is the payment gateway safe and secure?

We use Razorpay gateway for all our transactions. Razorpay is an industry standard secure payment method, Hence we can ensure that all transactions are made safely and securely.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are free for all orders!!

How are items packed?

Our brand partners pack our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in My Orders in My Account/ Or Track Order section. You can click on Track in front of your order….

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Your order will be delivered to you within 4-6 working days. For any concerns or issues you can contact us.

How can I track the exchange order?

Go to My Orders in My Account/ Or Track Order section and click on the product Order code. Then click on the Return request/Cancel tab. In the message section, the seller will update the AWB no. once the product is dispatched.

How can I cancel my order?

You can go to My Orders in the My Account/ Or Cancel Your Order section. Click on the order No. and then click on the Request return/Cancel tab and cancel the order. Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

How can I cancel the order once it is shipped?

Sorry, you cannot cancel the order if the order is shipped.

Can I use the coupon code again if I have to cancel my order?

Coupon codes can only be used once and shall be treated as used once the order is placed.

What is your return/Exchange policy?

Currently, we are not allowed any returns. Exchange is allowed only in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different items delivered to you. The Exchange request should be placed within the next 72 hours after the product has been delivered.

I have received a damaged parcel in my order, how should I proceed?

In case of any concern, you can contact us between 9 AM – 8 PM on all days of the week.

What if my exchange request is declined and how will I get the notification?

Once the exchange request is placed by the customer, our customer support team reviews the request by checking the attached image. In case, the image does not qualify the exchange criteria, the request will be rejected.

If the customer support approved the request and the Brand does not have sufficient inventory, then the Brand declines the exchange request. In that case, the customer will get a full refund. In case of either of the above scenarios, the customer will be notified via email.

Can I return/exchange some products of my order?

You can only place exchange requests for the products in an order. Go to My Orders in My Account/ Return Order section and click on the product Order code. Then click on the Return request/Cancel tab in front of the product that you want to opt for exchange. Select the reason for exchange and upload the product image for the verification process.

The order should be reviewed within 48 hours of delivery. The exchange request can be placed in 2 cases, either the ordered product is different or the ordered product is damaged

When will I get the refund if I cancel the order?

The refund amount will be reflected in your account in 1-2 business days. In case of any queries, please contact us.

Will I get refund of shipping charges if I cancel the order?

If the complete order is cancelled, then the refund will include the shipping charges. In case of partial order cancellation, you will be charged for shipping

When will I get the refund of my return / exchange request?

Refunds are only applicable if the product is not available with the brand. The refund amount will be reflected in your account in 2-3 business days. In case of any queries, please contact us.

Can I return a product?

Some Products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons and nature of the products.

Why my return request has been cancelled ?

If the product is non-returnable, your return request will be cancelled.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund for a returned product?

Once the product reaches the brand’s warehouse and goes through the required quality check, your refund will be processed to you via the same payment method within 3 working days.

Can I exchange a product delivered to me?

Exchange is allowed only in the unlikely event when damaged, defective or different items are delivered to you. The exchange request should be placed within 48 hours after the product has been delivered.

What are the steps to exchange a product?

If you have any problem with the product (after receiving). We will guide you to easy return please contact us. The order should be reviewed within 48 hours of delivery. The exchange request can be placed in two cases, either the ordered product is different or the ordered product is damaged.

What are the refund policies for exchange and full will refund be available?

We do not provide any refund for exchange orders. In case if the brand does not have the inventory, the customer will receive a full refund.

What is the time frame for requesting an exchange?

The exchange should be processed within 48 hours once the order is delivered.

Does the customer need to bear the exchange shipping cost?

No, the customer does not need to pay any extra shipping charge for an exchange order.

No, based on the availability and courier service, the courier partners will be allotted for your order. You will be notified once your order is shipped.

The handling time will be 1 day from the date of order and shipping time will be 3 days from the date of order.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free of cost. Cash on delivery is available on all orders.

What is the delivery process?

The brand will pack the order and the courier partners will get the products delivered in 4-6 business days. Because of restrictions in movement due to COVID-19, you may experience a delay in shipping and delivery of your orders. Stay safe and Healthy!

Which courier partner will deliver my product?

Based on your location and courier service, the courier partners will be allotted for your order. You will be notified once the order is shipped.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations can be done till the time the order is in packed status or till the time the order is not fulfilled. Orders cannot be cancelled after it is dispatched or fulfilled.

What are the steps to cancel my order?

On the main page of our Website, tap on the “Cancel Your Order” section and select the product or order you wish to cancel.

What are the order cancellation policies ?

You can cancel your order only when it is in the processing status or packed status and as long as the ‘Cancel Order’ option is available in the Site. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched or fulfilled. In the case of pre-paid orders, the amount shall get refunded to the same payment mode.

How long will it take to receive my refund for a pre-paid order which I cancelled?

Your refund will be done depending on the payment mode as follows-

• Online refund – 4-7 days after the refund initiation which depends on your bank partner

• NEFT – 4-7 working days after the refund initiation

• Paytm – 4-7 working days
